Is it really unlimited users?
Yes. Your flat fee includes the whole platform and unlimited directors, officers and staff. Inviting more people never costs more — your fee is set only by the size of your organisation.
How is our price worked out?
Your flat fee is scaled to the size of your organisation — nothing else. Book a demo and we'll confirm your price on the spot, before you commit to anything.
How does the not-for-profit discount work?
ACNC-registered charities and incorporated associations get 50% off the standard fee for their size. The discount applies automatically once we confirm your status during onboarding.
Can we pay annually instead of monthly?
Yes. The default is a flat fee billed monthly; annual billing is available if you prefer. We will quote you both ways so you can compare.
Are the add-ons compulsory?
Not at all. The platform is complete on its own. Add-ons like training, implementation and D&O insurance are there only if you want a hand — and they're billed separately, never bundled in to inflate the base price.
Is there a discount for referrals?
Yes. Introduce another organisation and, once they come on board, you get 20% off your next annual renewal — with no cap on how many you refer.
Can we cancel and take our data?
Yes. There's no lock-in. You can export all of your data in multiple formats and cancel whenever you choose.
